Escalation Engine
SalesIQ automatically monitors your pipeline for leads that need attention. Overdue follow-ups, stale leads, and uncontacted leads are flagged and escalated to managers.
Escalation Types
๐ด Overdue Follow-ups
Leads where the scheduled follow-up date has passed without any activity logged. Threshold: 24 hours past due date.
nextFollowup < today AND no recent activity
๐ Stale Leads
Leads with no activity for an extended period. These need re-engagement or stage reassessment.
No activity in 7 days AND stage is not Won/Lost
๐ก No Contact
New leads that have never been contacted. These are the highest priority โ every hour counts.
Stage = 'New Lead' AND created > 48 hours ago AND zero activities
How It Works
- Automated Daily Scan: A cron job runs daily at 2:30 PM IST, scanning all open leads for escalation triggers.
- Manual Check: Managers can click "Run Check Now" on the Escalation Dashboard anytime.
- Dashboard Alerts: Escalated leads appear on the Escalation Dashboard with type, assignee, and last activity date.
- Notification: Managers receive in-app notifications for critical escalations.
Escalation Dashboard
Navigate to Dashboard โ Escalations to see:
- โข Summary cards showing count of each escalation type
- โข List of escalated leads with assignee, stage, and last activity
- โข Quick actions: reassign, change stage, log activity
- โข "Run Check Now" button for on-demand scanning
