Privacy Policy

When you use SalesIQ CRM, we collect: • Account Information: Name, email address, and Google profile details when you sign in via Google OAuth. • Company Information: Company name, domain, billing details provided during workspace setup. • Lead Data: Lead information (names, phone numbers, emails) that you and your team enter into the CRM. This data belongs to you. • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve our product. • Device Data: Browser type, IP address, and device information for security purposes.

We use your information to: • Provide and maintain the SalesIQ CRM service • Process your subscription payments via Razorpay • Send transactional emails (daily digests, notifications) • Improve product features based on usage patterns • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse • Comply with legal obligations

Your lead data belongs to you. We are a data processor, not a data owner. You retain full ownership of all lead information, activity logs, bookings, and payment records stored in SalesIQ. You can export your data at any time via CSV export or request a full data dump by contacting support.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information or lead data to any third party. We share data only with: • Supabase (Database): Stores your data with AES-256 encryption at rest • Vercel (Hosting): Runs the application with edge-level security • Razorpay (Payments): Processes subscription payments — PCI-DSS compliant • Resend (Email): Sends transactional emails • Google (Auth): Authenticates your login — we only receive your name and email

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription: • Your data is preserved for 90 days (in case you want to reactivate) • After 90 days, all lead data, activities, and bookings are permanently deleted • Audit logs are retained for 1 year for compliance purposes • You can request immediate deletion by contacting support@megallow.com

We implement industry-standard security measures including: • AES-256 encryption at rest (Supabase) • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit • Google OAuth 2.0 (no passwords stored) • Role-based access control (RBAC) • Input sanitization (XSS prevention) • Complete audit logging

You have the right to: • Access your personal data at any time through the dashboard • Export all your data as CSV files • Delete your account and all associated data • Correct inaccurate information in your profile • Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes

SalesIQ uses essential cookies for: • Session management: Keeping you logged in securely • CSRF protection: Preventing cross-site request forgery We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
