Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Dashboard → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian payment methods via Razorpay: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Does SalesIQ support WhatsApp messaging?
Yes — via Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. Send text messages, templates, and documents directly from the CRM. 1,000 conversations/month free.
Can I send SMS from SalesIQ?
Yes — 4 SMS providers supported: Fast2SMS (free 20/day), MSG91, TextLocal, and Twilio. Configure in your environment settings.
What is the Decoder Engine?
Our AI that analyzes buyer psychology across 8+ dimensions: budget reality, timeline urgency, decision authority, EMI comfort, veto risk, and more. It auto-scores and classifies every lead.
Can I manage inventory (towers, floors, units)?
Yes — full inventory hierarchy: Project → Tower → Floor → Unit. Track availability, pricing, facing, parking. Block/release units with 48-hour auto-release.
Can I track bookings and payments?
Yes — complete booking lifecycle from token to possession. Milestone-based payment tracking with pending/partial/paid/overdue statuses.

Is my data secure?

Does SalesIQ have an API?

What happens if I cancel?
Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation. You can reactivate anytime within that window. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
Does SalesIQ work on mobile?
The web dashboard is fully responsive and works on any mobile browser. We also have an Expo-based mobile app (React Native) for Android and iOS.
Integration
How do I connect my website forms?
Add a simple JavaScript fetch call to your form's submit handler. Copy the code snippet from Dashboard → Integrations → Website tab. It's about 10 lines of code.
Can I connect Facebook Lead Ads?
Yes — either via Zapier (free plan works) or direct Meta webhook. Step-by-step guide in Dashboard → Integrations → Facebook tab.
Does SalesIQ integrate with Zapier?
Yes — our webhook API works with Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, and any automation platform that supports HTTP webhooks.
