Manage your complete real estate inventory — from projects down to individual units. Track availability, pricing, and unit status in real-time with a visual floor grid.

Creating a Project
Navigate to Dashboard → Inventory and click "+ New Project":

| Project Name | e.g., "Prestige Lake Garden" |
| Location | City or area (e.g., "Whitefield, Bangalore") |
| Builder / Developer | Developer company name |
| RERA Number | RERA registration number (for compliance) |
| Description | Project highlights, amenities, specifications |
| Amenities | Comma-separated list (pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.) |
Adding Towers & Units
After creating a project, add towers with automatic floor generation:
- Click "+ Add Tower" on a project
- Enter tower name (e.g., "Tower A") and number of floors (e.g., 25)
- Floors are auto-generated — you don't need to create them manually
- Then add units to each floor with pricing, type (1BHK/2BHK/3BHK), carpet area, facing, etc.

Unit Status Flow
Available→ Block →Blocked→ Book →Booked→Sold
Auto-release: Blocked units are automatically released after 48 hours if not booked. This prevents inventory hoarding.

Generate detailed cost breakdowns for any unit with 10 pricing components:
