Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SalesIQ CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Service Description
SalesIQ CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for Indian real estate teams. The Service includes lead management, inventory tracking, booking management, communication tools (WhatsApp, SMS), and analytics features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@megallow.com.
4. Subscription & Payment
SalesIQ offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your chosen plan. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data • Use the Service to send unsolicited spam messages • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code • Exceed the lead or user limits of your subscription plan • Share your API key publicly or with unauthorized parties
6. Data Ownership & License
You retain full ownership of all data you input into SalesIQ, including lead information, activities, bookings, and payment records. You grant SalesIQ a limited license to process, store, and transmit this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never sell, rent, or trade your data.
7. Intellectual Property
The SalesIQ platform, including its design, code, features, AI scoring algorithms (Decoder Engine), and documentation, is owned by Megallow Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime via email.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • SalesIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on data in the CRM
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Upon cancellation: • Your account remains active until the current billing period ends • After the billing period, your data is preserved for 90 days • After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted • We may terminate your account for violation of these terms with 7 days notice
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
