Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

SalesIQ offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged anything during the trial period.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with SalesIQ after subscribing to a paid plan: โ€ข Request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment โ€” no questions asked โ€ข Refunds after 14 days are prorated based on unused days in the billing cycle โ€ข Annual subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of payment

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: 1. Email us at billing@megallow.com with your registered email and company name 2. Include your Razorpay payment ID (found in Dashboard โ†’ Billing) 3. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days 4. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: โ€ข SMS credits purchased and consumed (Fast2SMS, MSG91, TextLocal, Twilio) โ€ข WhatsApp message charges from Meta (billed directly by Meta) โ€ข Custom development or integration services โ€ข Subscription fees for prior billing periods

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time: โ€ข Go to Dashboard โ†’ Billing โ†’ Cancel Subscription โ€ข Your access continues until the end of the current billing period โ€ข No further charges will be made after cancellation โ€ข Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan: โ€ข The new pricing takes effect at the next billing cycle โ€ข If your current usage exceeds the new plan limits, you'll be asked to reduce usage โ€ข No refund is provided for the difference between plans within a billing cycle
